I received my acceptance letter two years ago, got my ticket, and my wand. :)

And I continue to get letters each year from Hogwarts. :D

I remember waiting for my Hogwarts letter when I was eleven. Then I realized that I'd have to go to a different wizarding school, in Canada. And for some reason J K Rowling never mentions a Canadian school of witchcraft and wizardry? Then I assumed I could probably get a transfer as an international student. I wanted to be friends with Ginny and have Hermione help me with my homework. Then I turned twelve.
But I still read the entire series at least once a year. :)
Totally <3 this comic by the way, just discovered it on Stumble today and will be following it as long as it exists now. Thanks for giving me another reason to procrastinate on my english lit ISU!

I used to get my dog to pull me around on a skateboard. It didn't work out terribly well for either of us: he was a corgi.
